Pros

Nothing absolutely zilch The office is in good location

Cons

Oh my god! Where do I get started? Absolutely pathetic management. Very hectic, extremely unrealistic targets and timelines. Unsupportive managers. Some managers show attitudes which is very uncalled for, for that matter even the receptionist. The working condition is inhumane and the pay is horribly less for this full time role which requires work from office (especially in London) you are literally left with less than minimum wage after all those expenses. Not the mention poor management and massive pressure on transcribers to overperform. Right from taking just 5 mins wash room break (and this is serious, some people have been fired because they exceeded the limit), to relentlessly working every second you are in the office. I mean literally every second. It was terribly suffocating. I will also mention there is absolutely no job security as they can fire you over any petty reason (OMG the receptionist in particular sucks) and you are immediately shooed from the property but in case you want to resign you are expected to serve 1 week of notice period. I would strongly recommend for people to not get tempted by 25k that they pay it’s literally pennies compared to what work you’ll be doing. Take a job at mc Donald’s or any eatery it will atleast keep you mentally sane. I am still working and will be leaving sometime in next month I CANT HANDLE THE STRESS AND THE PATHETIC WORK FORCE HERE.

Pros

If you have no other options in life and are willing to settle for less than the bare minimum, then potentially this company will gladly hire you and pay you accordingly.

Cons

Working here feels less like employment and more like a prison sentence. Every aspect of your day is micromanaged to an absurd degree—breaks are strictly timed, including restroom breaks. While certain security measures might be understandable due to company policy, the lack of basic necessities, like a water filter on the work floor, is inexcusable. Employees must waste precious break time trekking to the ground floor reception area just to fill a bottle of water—the only thing allowed inside the workspace. To make matters worse, every workday begins with an airport-style frisking, as if employees are suspected criminals rather than valued professionals. The workplace culture is stifling, and management is shockingly incompetent. Many so-called "leaders" spend hours pretending to work—zooming in and out of the same screenshot for half the day—on tasks that could be completed in 15 minutes by someone competent. This is not rocket science; it’s basic Excel work. Yet, instead of recognizing efficiency, the company rewards sycophancy. If you aspire to grow here, forget hard work—bootlicking is the only viable path to promotion.

Pros

NONE ! Unless "FAVOURITE" "BOOT LICKER" OR ................ YOU KNOW IF YOU KNOW.

Cons

Sigma AI — need I say anything else? But let’s dive deeper. If you think promotions are earned through hard work, think again. Here, it’s all about being in the good graces of the higher-ups. If you’re not on Mr. M’s or Mr. P’s “favorite” list, don’t even bother. They’ve been around since the beginning, so naturally, they act like they own the company. They make unilateral decisions about who stays and who goes, and it’s all driven by personal feelings, not performance. Hard work? Dedication? Results? They don't stand a chance against their egos. As long as you know how to kiss up and play the game, you might get a shot. Otherwise, you’re out the door faster than you can say "office politics." But hey, don’t worry — these reviews don’t matter anyway, since nothing ever changes around here. It’s just another day in the land of "business as usual."
