      Pros

      Really exciting place to work with new projects and programs coming all the time. Great leadership and the complete team is really strong. Deeply connected with the customer and really cares about delivery.

      could probably empower employees more since the team is so strong

      Excellent Company with Excellent People

      Pros

      A large business, that feels like working for an intimate small business. Freedom to get the job done your way (as long as it is legal of course). Just enough feedback to be enjoyable. Excellent Executives, who take the time to learn about their employees. Diverse business, with a wide range of activities and opportunities. Excellent salaries and benefits. For most positions, a VERY flexible work atmosphere. Each person is treated as an adult. GENEROUS time off policies - close to 5 weeks per year!

      Cons

      Many small pockets of teams, who sometimes can feel left out. Changing jobs within the company often involves moving. Senior salaries can be lower than other large businesses, but the work freedom and other benefits can help make up for it.

      Pros

      Smaller company and teams. The ability to wear multiple hats and gain experience outside your exact job exists for those ambitious enough to learn new skills. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Middle management doesn't lead. Just because you're a great engineer or technician does not mean you can manage. Too much drama and politics for such a small company due to lack of leadership at the mid levels. Serious lack of communications from the top down. The only reviews/raises given are to those who threaten to quit. Loyal employees are never rewarded and often feel left out and then leave to be promoted or obtain cost of living raises.
