* Strong belief and follow through in the Company's core values (there is a true work/life balance at Sigma). * Plenty of autonomy * Feels like family * Treated fairly and respectfully * Latest technology

Cons

* Need better processes, procedures and communication between departments. * Could improve on defining job descriptions. The company is rapidly growing, and so lines are sometimes blurry on who is responsible for taking action on new endeavors.
