Good, If You Can Work Hard

Pros

They train you really hard, but really well. You on-board a lot of information in a short space of time. Particularly useful is the non-technical skills they teach. By the time you land an actual salaried job you feel under less pressure and have more time to dig at your weaknesses.

Cons

Hard work for no pay for weeks, and at the end you have to hope you perform well enough that you impress a potential employer. But they're upfront and transparent about this, and you know the score going in.

Great support over long term placement and amazing training for interviews was provided, meaning I felt comfortable interviewing anywhere and when I was placed, felt comfortable to ask any question to them and felt that they would back me when having issues at my placement

Cons

You have some control over where you are sent for interviews with Sigma, but it is expected for you to go for all roles put forward to you. Where you are placed is ultimately more important than your time at Sigma, but they do a great job in supporting you wherever you are
