Leadership is accessible and willing to listen. Flexible schedule. Great company benefits. Amazing co-workers that you can call a 2nd family. Opportunity for growth is attainable and Managers will work with you to develop your strengths and career paths. Overall Signal Products is a great place to work.

COVID happened! Every company has it's downsides and challenges.
