Cheap minded. Will not pay to have cleaning service take out garbage (or anyone that works there already) so they have fruit flies everywhere. Micro-manage mentally to the extreme, you spend more time proving you did the work than actually working. Owner is never on premises, you are being monitored by cameras and Skype. Other owner has a brand new Aston Martin but they will not get employees what is needed to do their job. Lots of gossip and politics.
