Old ways vs new ways

Pros

Pro's...free parking, coffee shop in the building, for the most part co-workers are pleasant to work with and did I mention free on site parking.

Cons

This is a non-profit hospital that is in the process of financial rebuilding. They are making progress but you often find yourself with not enough supplies to take care of patients. New CEO with a new vision several years ago, management staff has difficulty adjusting to new ways of doing things. Are reactive instead of proactive.

Care for patients is superb.

Cons

No support from management or human resources for concern of employee's dissatisfaction. No room for personal growth. Too much of a "Don't like it, then leave" attitude.
