There are a lot of negatives with this company. I'll touch on a couple. The main negative with this company is that the organizational chart is constantly changing due to high turnover that is a result of one of the owners having new ideas on how to run/change the company direction. These ideas seem to pop in his head overnight or due to the latest book he has just read. Another issue is that he hires/fires and likes/dislikes based on whatever mood he is in or who wasn't able to read his mind on how to put his new idea/plan into action. This creates extreme instability for your employees and thus far employees have had to stick it out due to this company being the only company in town surviving the building downturn. I could go on and on. The other reviews are very true in that the majority of the employees that work here and that have secure jobs here are either related to one of the owners or is friends with one of the owner's family in some manner. You're, however, going to have this occur when smaller companies grow over time, such as this one, and become larger. Due to the fact that when you're an owner and starting your own business you're going to hire people you trust and know. It does, however, become an HR nightmare when the machine becomes as large as this one has.
