      Pros

      - The culture of Signature Living is second to none. There is always something going on within one of its establishments and staff are high emplored to get involved within activities. - Provide superb training to new staff, which goes to show they're passionate about. the invidiauls they employ.

      Cons

      - Shift patterns can be tedious. - Many times understaffing has been an issue.

      Pros

      No two days are the same. The forward momentum of the company keeps you innovative and engaged. The chances for progression within the company are great, with plenty of expansion. On top of that, the discounts in-house are a bonus.

      Cons

      When you think you get a grip of the job in front of you, suddenly there's a new project that needs immediate attention.

      Signature Living is a really great place to work, its fun, energetic and offers unlimited development opportunities for all employees. They really work hard creating a culture of belonging, and although its fast paced the environment is fun and relaxed.

      Cons

      Sometimes the growth of Signature Living isn't communicated down to employees as quickly as we would like.
