Pros

Location, Corp office is nice, the doctors are good, it is a good place to quickly learn and move on

Cons

There are so many management issues. Starting with the fact that there is no CEO. Other top C titles are retiring and there is no direction. There is little to no connection between Signature and the practices. Because of lack of management, direction and communication, employees do not know their responsibility and double up work. I’m amazed at how unsecured some files were. Many people like to tell you how to do your job, but they are not doing their job. Signature is trying to compete with local hospitals while lacking vision or direction. They put the people with very little experience in charge of important areas. Seems like they are all just “winging it”. A LOT of nepotism. (It was getting better, but it was still there). They were not very honest and treat employees as an expense, even when you make the company money. -this is just the medical side, there is a non-profit and a care management program that are ran the same. The care management side seemed like a close group, but then they fired all the top directors and they lost their direction.

Pros

Great working environment, Coworkers are great, Very happy up beat environment.

Cons

Employees are over worked and underpaid, there are a lot of policies in place that are not beneficial to the employees or patients. The employee voices are not heard when it comes to anything and the level of appreciation is not what it should be.

Pros

The location is good and there are good people here who care but the longer I work here the more I find that they just do not care anymore. They used to, but over time they have witnessed enough crap here that they just don't care anymore because it just stresses them out if they do.

Cons

It's appalling when you have an issue that is serious enough for you to take to management for assistance in getting it resolved and they do absolutely nothing and tell you to just keep trying what you've already been doing WHICH IS NOT WORKING!!!!! The higher up the ladder you go they still DO NOT CARE. Management here (and there are more and more showing up daily) do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It's like NO ONE in this organization gives a damn, which makes me not give a damn anymore either! And I hate being that way. They do not list career opportunities anywhere so if you want to switch to a different department, you have no idea who they are looking for or if you are even qualified there. The favoritism in this place is off the charts!!! If you are not in the "in" crowd, you aren't getting anywhere!
