Pros

Great team culture, this is the main thing that makes the job enjoyable. No expectation of overtime. BBQ lunch monthly, weekly morning tea (paid by employees). Casual dress Fridays, casual "business" dress code. No micromanagement as long as work gets done. On-site parking.

Cons

Low pay, low pay increases. Very limited opportunity to change department and gain experience. Dead-end pathway for most graduates, only a few receive the opportunity to transition into their desired department which they usually gain 6-12 months experience before leaving the company for job with better pay.
