Pros

The guy working in the back is great, He is the owner's son. Nice location, close to good lunch options and major highway making it an easy commute in Tulsa.

Cons

Family run and they have had family members manage off and on for years. Seems to be a revolving door if you are not family as well. I've seen them accuse, in morning meetings, people of urinating on the bathroom floor or stealing. I've seen them treat a long time employee who should have been manager like a dog. Yelling, spying, name calling and not allowing time off when requested and earned. The loyalty this employee has shown them has not been rewarded. While they claim to help their employees, it comes with conditions and threats if they stand up for themselves. Would not recommend.

Pros

Loved the work itself, as well as the customers

Cons

Where to start? Being gaslit, crying from being yelled at, and overall belittled was how I spent most if not every day. This was all from the owner. Any pros, such as vacations, sick days(not paid or anything), work provided lunches, etc. are minimal, but held over your head later on if you get them. One second you’re doing “great work” and “being a team player” and 5 minutes later you’re getting screamed and yelled at for not working hard enough. I have worked at other businesses and have never in my life been yelled at by my higher ups. The owner likes to throw around the “I’m going to sue you” line a TON. When she talks about her “attorneys”, it’s her brother. I had the title of Graphic Designer, but expect to be graphic designer, sales, custodian, installer, customer service, IT, and more But still only get payment for one job and then getting yelled at if you don’t complete every single item in a single day. Lunches are 30 minutes and not a minute longer, which is understandable. But when the owner leaves for hours at a time for lunch and shopping trips in the middle of the day, it’s not the best example. When asking for vacation time or sick days you are made to feel like you are ruining the company by having that time off. Then the owner will take multiple week long vacations to Florida and rant and rave about them when she gets back. Meanwhile, you sit there not having had a vacation in a year because you aren’t given the time off. If you call in sick once, you will be belittled about it for a week on how you’ve put everything and everyone in a bind. I could go on, but I won’t. I will just leave it with this being the worst job experience I’ve ever had. I am so happy I am at a place that I don’t go to and leave just in tears every day.
