      Lunch provided, somewhat flexible timings.

      Cons

      The leadership loves to micromanage, doesn't let any team pitch their ideas, or grow in their career. The cofounders are especially moody and change their stance on things every week. Their favorite hobby is to bully employees in meetings. Appraisals are also based on whims of co-founder rather than any objective KPIs.
