Horrible work life balance, training is a joke, terrible pay, leadership isn’t the word I would use for the management there, they are yes men to the owners and have no idea what they are doing, owners are children of the founder and have zero integrity, they are good at playing the part of a rich insurance agency owner but that is really all they know how to do when it comes to insurance and running a business. If you are a recent college grad or are getting recruited by Sihle do yourself a favor and go work for an insurance agency that actually cares about their employees. You will not get training there. If you are a new producer you will get zero help from the account managers. You will be having to send all of your own submissions and do all of the “back of house” work that Sihle says they will do but won’t be compensated for it in your commission structure. If you are an account manager you will be slammed with work from every direction. I personally saw several new employees work there for a few months and then leave once they realized their “mentors” made them empty promises. Sihle only cares about one thing, MONEY. They do not have your best interest in mind as an employee or a customer.
