Pros
The only "seemingly" good thing about SIKKA property is that they seem cheaper than the others. There are infact lot of hidden charges which they keep imposing from time to time and the property eventually becomes expensive than the rest. Their unjustified interest and flat cancellation procedure is shocking and lot of cases in court for these.
Cons
Cons at SIKKA is a long list. third class construction material which people tend to buy because it seems cheaper. Very congested flats. lot of hidden charges. no clear paperwork and approvals from authorities. Delayed projects. Unjustified fines and interest and flat cancellation without proper reason. Illiterate and rude staff. Management without any brains.
