      Pros

      Working remotely has it s own advantages, in Silensec i've worked 3 years now and i continue to work there, everybody from the Ceo and managers that i have, have been treating me with respect, i also had raisings in the salary which i'm very blessed and thankfull working remotely. In Silensec you have also time to develop your personal skills and they also pay for your certifications. I'm thankful for the certs i own now and i'll continue to grow in skills.
