no direction from senior management, boys club, no clear mission or vision outlined for ALL staff only certain people know what exactly is happening in the company, poor administration

Flexible schedule and ability to work from home, nice people to work with, exciting environment in that things are often changing

Cons

No leadership presence or clear direction, lack of communication or input from employees, lack of diversity, particularly in leadership, employees are constantly coming and going with most of the company unaware who has joined or left, almost everyone works remotely so there is no sense of team
