Pros
Gained some experience. Title looks good on a resume.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. Hired me on as a UAS pilot but added other job titles into the offer letter without any extra compensation. The pay was already well below industry average. I ended up doing desk work 90% of the time, not what I signed up to do. No training was provided for new duties and was punished for not knowing what to do. Poor leadership and lack of direction as a company. This place has a revolving door of employees. Two people quit during my first week. Would not recommend.

There are No pros in working for this company. They are NOT Organized at all and they will stick you in a closet and say it’s an office. Water smells like fart from Sulfur. Hazardous place to work. Manager for analyst worked a country store prior, no degree, no experience. You will notice No real set answers everything is we’ll see, will get back to you and they are great manipulators.
Cons
Scammers, Fraud, fake employment… after realizing they had No Patent #’s for documents and asked about it. I was told they were eliminating the position. This place is a joke! Beware of applying to this job, they will say that you will wear multiple hats because they are a new business. It’s a SCAM!!! BEWARE.
