      Healthy work environment Good for beginners who want to gain experience in recruitment, learn about how to handle job portals, improving the communication skills. The MD is very supportive & helpful

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets really difficult to close the positions within the time line & to turn up candidates for a particular drive but it has helped me to learn working under pressure & meeting the dead lines.
