      nothing, poor management hell work environment, suffocated feelings

      company has serious issues with mistreatment of junior employees, propaganda, judging among colleagues and senior employees are family members (husband,wife,brother) they are pathetic peoples always gossips about company employees family's and that they are allegedly playing with the careers of junior employees. one person(CEO) playing multiple roles[HR,ADMIN,OFFICEBOY] is concerning.       Cons

      A company who doesn't pay their employees. No team work, no proper management. Even no proper training provided by mentors. Because they themself have no knowledge. Request to you'll don't get scammed by such companies.
