      Good salary and that's it, seriously that's really it.

      Cons

      Constant issues that require you to work overtime No stability No social and medical insurance Management sucks at owning up to their mistakes Everything is apparently an emergency and requires your immediate attention. There is no regard to your personal life, you're expected to work 24/7. Doesn't matter if it's a weekend or the middle of the night, you should still work otherwise why are you being paid. Toxic work environment No career development or opportunities there

      Constant issues due to poor management requiring constant overtime Forget work/life balance, you live to work and nothing else Management will hold your salary over your head at every mistake If management makes a mistake, they will not apologize. If you make a mistake, you're getting an earful and told what an incompetent person you are You have no job description, you're expected to be just a "yes man" and accept whatever's thrown at you Useless meetings all days No medical and social insurance
