      Pros

      The team is great, everyone gets along and it's not too serious of a place. I have worked at other places where you get reamed out if you mess up, not here. They will find out what happened and then train you first

      Cons

      Selection of food places near by isn't that great.

      Friendly coworkers, HR and management listen to your suggestions and complaints, lunch brought in occasionally, casual dress when there are no clients in office, pretty laid back work environment, great training on the job

      Cons

      Low pay, not a lot of room for growth or promotion, depending on which division you are in you may or may not like your senior, HR and management will listen to your complaints and suggestions but not always act on them or fix them, no benefits for employees, wage gaps are very noticeable between divisions and positions

      Pros

      I like helping people reach their goals. I like to see our clients succeed. I love hearing the clients talk about stress reduction, increased happiness in their office and fulfillment in their careers.

      Cons

      The people out there that don't understand what it is that I/We do and then try to undermine it.
