Pros

-People are very supportive, and company has a closely knit team. -Team is open to new ideas and innovation. -Leadership tries their best to be transparent and in-touch with the company. -Very considerate HR. -Fulfilling work, good work life balance and great pay. -Little to no bureaucracy means new technologies and practices are easily proposed and adopted.

Cons

-Huge timezone difference between India and US teams slows down pace of development. -Tech leads are exclusively in the US as of now, which leads to frequent blockers.
