Pros
Siluria has a very open culture with down to earth people. Teams are highly interdisciplinary and there are few barriers to communication or discussion. Employees are very self motivated the start-up culture of the company is inspiring.
Cons
A petrochemicals company, Siluria is positioned in an industry that is naturally volatile due to fickle commodity prices. Speaking from my particular position, middle management seems somewhat slow to address changes in company direction and guide R&D.
