friendly, open company culture; decent, living wages; benefits; constantly adapting and innovating; lots of support between departments and from management; challenging work but you don't take it home at night; management is skilled and ahead of the game, does not micromanage, takes input and applies it toward improvement of the work and/or the company; clean, pleasant-looking office
Cons
very few to mention; there is someone who evidently complains fairly often about whether people are adhering to dress code, which seems petty given the attire I've seen in the office; the sparkling water in the green bottles could disappear and we'd all be happy; honestly these are the things to dislike about the company and they're hardly relevant
