Great opportunity for hands on training, you can acquire skills here and put them to use elsewhere or start your own brewery.
Cons
Management! I have seen: Employees threatened with termination for posting on Facebook about an injury they received on the job. Employees get their hours cut after getting a raise. All salaried employees are forever on "mandatory overtime" of 10 hours a week. The staff of an entire department halved and the workload for those remaining doubled.
