Pros
You can make a decent wage if you can apply yourself and try hard here. There are a lot of good people in management that try to keep things light hearted, especially if you perform well.
Cons
The job is a grind. Constant phone calls, and you have to be willing to annoy people. There is a lot of staff turnover because of this. Its not a long term option for most people, but a good place to land if you need to make some money short term.
