      Fair place to work, only commission or very low wage, no training or upward opportunity.

      Pros

      A good place to hold your financial licenses. Management is honest. You may not like what they have to say, but they will say it. When partnering on deals with peers management stays neutral and protects both parties.

      Cons

      No salary - only commission. If you do get a salary it is at the lowest of the income spectrum for that particular position across the industry. Management does not encourage cross department sales education.
