      Inexperienced leadership. Leadership disconnected from staff. Terrible communications, difficult to believe messaging when it does occur and most often is very apparent as self serving and indulgent.

      They are a government contractor so there is some job stability.

      Cons

      The only goal for this company is to put more money in the pockets of the C level executives. Company culture is non-existent, rates are not competitive in the market, and the only goal is to sell.
