Some nice people, remote working

Cons

Analysts were expected to go through 300 tickets per day (copy-paste-close type of deal), but no one seemed to pay any attention to refining alert logic to reduce the false positives volume. Thousands of tickets are just not being looked at. Agents in other countries that could be upskilled to help with the workload, but nobody does it. They just don't seem interested in fixing their problems, just adding more & more customers exacerbating the problem. Morale was nonexistent, pay raises were an insult or nonexistent. CEO seemed like a good guy, I'm not sure if he's aware of the situation on the ground

- Good workers (The people you see daily are good folks) - Some benefits - Nice office (Thanks to Cygilant, not SilverSky)

Cons

- Clueless senior leadership (Fired the only good talent they had, everyone else who could; left.) - American company bought Cygilant and completely gutted it, now its a shell of it's former self - Company is on borrowed time - Salary isn't good for the work you do - CEO could be a myth, never had contact with him (Not even company wide comms)

-The pay is not worth the stress. -management doesn't care about your well being -A lot of lies and broken promises to get you to do more work. GET EVERYTHING in writing. -They will pick and choose who they want to advance,
