Pros

Good for skills growth. Decent pay.

Cons

Most of the other reviews are from before a leadership shift. The entire company is now run by incompetence, greed and narcissism. If you need a job and this is your only option or would like to quickly grow your skill set, go for it. Otherwise I suggest you steer clear of this slowly sinking ship.

•Can learn a lot about IT in a short amount of time •Decent 401K matching

Cons

•Company says they are "People First" but that disappeared with new management •Benefits (medical) are expensive and unaffordable if you have a family •Very little room for career growth (tech to engineer), despite what was told •Overworked, high stress environment
