I’ve been with Silverfort for almost 3 years now, and it is easily one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. It all starts with the basics: the culture here is fantastic. This is clearly reflected in initiatives like our quarterly "Recharge Days" (where the whole company shuts down to rest) and weekly "Focus Days" (no-meeting days designed for deep work).
