      None, I would avoid joining this company

      Cons

      CEO talks about non work related stuff every Monday (mandatory to join) and Friday. Heads of every function are not the specilized professional at their positions. Poor HR planning on what people they need to grow the firm.

      no wfh arrangements during covid-19 minimal medical insurance, no term life insurance not too generous on bonus some tedious tasks due to low level of automation
