- If you don't know how to say no, they'll even make you work at midnight
- Little to no learning in the job as it is mostly data entry work
- Big variance in pay within the same level of position. A guy who only has a bachelor's degree will get less pay even if the responsibilities and duties are same
- Pay also varies according to the geography - a guy from Bihar where there is no minimum wage law will get paid significantly less compared to a guy who is from Delhi
- They claim that employees from Delhi NCR region are given company laptops. But this claim couldn't be farther from the truth. They straight up lie at your face during interview and training period with claims like post-training period, laptops would be provided
- They will even make you buy a secondary monitor for which they reimburse the amount. However, if you decide to leave the organization within 1 year of joining, they'll deduct the amount from your FnF
- They provide bonus, aka DIP, every 6 months. But there is a catch! They claim that they provide bonus on advance basis every year and the clauses for the same are very vague. So, if you decide to leave the organization, say goodbye to that amount as they will deduct it from your FnF settlement. They try to reduce attrition using this Bonus/DIP policy
- The culture is very unprofessional - they rarely converse in English and often address others without respect. So if you're from South India and are unable to speak Hindi, then refrain from joining this organization
- Usually, you will get headache after working for a few hours because, you work on client's server using 2 remote software. First is Amazon Workspace and the second is Citrix. The latency is around 350ms - 450ms so it basically feels like you are working in slow motion. However, it could be reduced if they provide their own laptop, which they don't
- Most people working there do not have a great aptitude. They are very hard to work with
- Since the organization is small, there are only a few promotion opportunity. It'll be better to switch to another organization for growth
