      Pros

      Most of the teammates you meet are fun

      Cons

      Micromanaged a ton by management Blame culture/no real performance improvement plans except for just banning developers from coding Deadlines are set without talking to the developers and are often way too short Teams are siloed by clients and not by products, which means people repeat a ton of work

      Pros

      They will pay you money.

      Cons

      When I worked there, there was no diversity, all men, recent grads, exploited for cheap labor before moving on to higher paying jobs. The diversity looks a little better now. Company claims to use Machine Learning on website, but didn't. Really stretching what 'AI' means. CEO micromanages you and makes you feel uncomfortable. Get in trouble for not staying past business hours even if there is nothing to do. Not flexible but passive aggressive. Avoid at all costs. Beware of current employees writing reviews and flagging bad ones.

      Good people, challenging work, difficult growing pains

      Pros

      Having worked here for almost 3 years, I can say with confidence that I learned a ton from this role. I started out of college and progressed quickly into a leadership role in which I had valuable experiences in. Management always took my concerns and suggestions seriously which allowed me to develop my professional and technical skills.

      Cons

      Due to security and legal concerns, the company is just now starting to make changes to make the developer’s lives easier. The software is still fragile and difficult to maintain, which makes things stressful. Product direction needs work.

      Thank you for your honest review! We love hearing specific feedback since it helps us take more specific action. In the last year or so, we've implemented more feedback opportunities, reorganized our engineer and product departments to allow us to better distribute the work and focus on our core product, and continue to find ways to strengthen our culture and our code.
