Pros
Very comfortable work/life balance. Not many hours in excess of 40 per week. Casual dress Family feel Great, open leadership in both the development and client services departments
Cons
No raises given for years. At the time of this writing (Nov 2010) - most employees were also under a "temporary" salary reduction Top leadership is stubborn and does little to enable team members to contribute ideas. A dictatorship. Very limited opportunities for growth or advancement. Like what you do because it's probably ALL that you'll do there.
