They will ask you to stay once you decided to give up :D :D

* The company was with a great working environment and the employees were able to uplift the carrier only based on their performance but that process have been completely vanished and now everything depends upon how much you could make happy your boss including your immediate supervisor. * It is not useful you to join there if you are only a good in your job for example as a developer or a QA or what else. They are expecting you to market yourself means make happy your bosses asking questions ,giving your feed backs no matter you already knew the answers just show off. :D This is the current culture of this company feel so sorry seeing the destruction of a lovely company.
