      Amazing working environment

      Pros

      Working environment is the best about the company. No micro-management, consensus-based team decision, but always feel like somebody has your back when you need them. New problem to solve all the time, never felt stuck doing the same thing.

      Cons

      Salary was on the low side to begin with, but has since picked up.

      Lots of team events - parties, dinners, games, ski lessons Flat structure - people on top positions are really reachable Flexible growth options - the company pays for courses, provides clear requirements for next level positions. Moving between teams to work with different technologies is possible. Flexible options for home/on site working . Respect to work/life balance Flexible policy about vacation days
