Good boss, Any one would like to work under him . learning and acquiring knowledge and implementation it on project, personally you can grow, But older employees are there to show dominacy and unacceptable partiality they do , which personally affect juniors . Because they are knowing something more they lay juniors in pressure instead guiding them . Also in front of Boss they act as they are helping, but no one finds another side of coin . Instead of complaining employee decide to leave. Other folks force employee to move .To move out from this unacceptable act , employee unfortunately have to leave , without giving true reasons . - Good homemade lunch employee can enjoy !!! - highly supportive Boss. When employee leaves company he will surely cry in front of him.
