SimWell brings in the BEST people when it comes to skill AND fit. You won't find the 'climb the ladder' brown nosers that you may run into at some of the Fortune companies. It feels like being on a rocket ship, but the leadership is as humble and approachable as can be. Amazingly interesting clients, all remote work but with amazing technology to make you feel like you're together. Great benefits. Sound and clear mission and vision.
Cons
If you're not a fan of approachable leadership, clear communication, no B.S. zones, having a good time and getting paid in the process, you're not going to enjoy working at SimWell.
