Pros
Simms is a great company to work for. They really care about both their employees and patients. In healthcare it's really hard to find a company who cares, Simms is truly one of the few. Great pay and bonuses top off some of the benefits of working here. I highly recommend both their services and their employment.
Cons
Really not many cons. Health insurance is a little expensive but other than that, great company.
