Encourage employees to take on different responsibilities outside their daily tasks. Free coffee, catering Monday lunch, or hosting a holiday event. Employees are able to share ideas quickly and work together easily. Leadership and peers are easy to approach. Nice Laboratory and office.
Cons
Start-up environment, so it's not for a "big firm" mindset.
