Pros

The mission statement and high quality products are easy to get behind and the industry is quite exciting to be a part of. The core team are passionate, brilliant, hard working team players eager to learn and grow. Unlimited PTO, access to lots of organic and natural products, a team of loyal coworkers that will be friends for life.

Cons

CEO, Management, workload, pay. Unfortunately the Management lacks experience in effectively leading and growing teams. There is a culture of severe micro-management and lack of job clarity leading to ambiguity, distrust and poor morale. Decisions are driven by personal opinion regardless of data and strategic rationale. There is an unrealistic workload expectation and current employees are severely underpaid for the amount of work they are fulfilling and are burned out. Unless a change in high level management happens I would not recommend joining this company.

Pros

Free snacks. All middle management and resource level employees are amazing. Super down to earth and welcome you with open arms.

Cons

Untouchable leadership and executives mixed with a toxic level of hierarchy. Leadership walked passed your desk without saying hi, doors always felt closed (even though it was open office), and no work life balance.

Pros

Coworkers, flexibility, half days on fridays

Cons

- Zero support for employees and their development - EXTREMELY intense environment, it's like a breeding ground for anxiety/imposter syndrome - Retention is so bad.. mass exodus feels like it's always happening, no one stays more than 2 years and its obvious why - DEI is pathetic and just a buzzword, they are the first to speak out in situations to gain IG followers and create "task forces" but if you take a look at their employees it says it all... Maybe 1% of employees could be considered diverse so not sure how they can claim it as a priority - Leadership is the biggest con and the reason why I would not tell my worst enemy to work here: - Leaders are in a different world than the rest of the company with abstract expectations that are not well communicated. They will make you feel like an idiot if you cannot read their minds and perfection is absolutely expected, no room for mistakes/failure - Leaders/managers cannot have "hard" or 'honest" conversations so its impossible to know where you stand - Everyone walks on egg shells around them and it's VERY hierarchical
