Pros

SimpleLegal has identified a space that has historically been seated at the little kids table as it relates to software. With a fresh new take on Legal Operations, SimpleLegal is uniquely positioned to make a big splash is a very small pool.

Cons

As a small startup, certain processes that some might take for granted are simply not there yet. Building those processes is difficult when everyone is running in different directions while trying to hit their goals.

The company is doing very well with it's offering and expanding it's customer list rapidly Lots of room to develop the company alongside performing the responsibilities of your job role. Great group of passionate people who come in to work without cutting corners. Leadership is very transparent and they put in just as much work if not more than anyone else. We have fun - movie nights, game nights, outings, beer/vino Fridays. Pong table, dart board, xbox, and many other toys. Spacious new office with top of the line furniture. Located very close to 101, Central Expressway, and there is a free shuttle from Caltrain that drops off right next to the office!

Cons

Not many cons at this point. There is a lot of work to be done but that's expected and one shouldn't join if you're looking to just barely slide by.

Fast growing, amazing culture, building something that is unique and ripe for disruption in the legal industry. Good pay and perks.

The standard cons that come with every early stage startup. Less structure, more reasonability (even if it's outside of your title)
