1. The head of the design called me a 'door mat' while I was explaining to him why empathy is important in a ux designer's role. He thought I was a 'Pushover' and would never stand up for myself. 2. Lots of personal comments were made. Lots of personal questions were asked that was not relevant to the job profile at all. 3. There were some sexist side comments where the head tried to intimidate me with questions like "Why are you not nervous right now?" and he kept asking this a lot of times. He seemed like he had a temper problem. Him and the senior ux designer kept exchanging very judgemental glances and texting each other something funny right in front of me. They seemed very egoistic and unwelcoming. 4. I was extremely uncomfortable during the entire interview process which went on for 2 and a half hours without a break. 5. Every opinion I had was classified into my 'biased nature' and was very rudely cut off. 6. When the interview was over and I came out to book my cab, the HR did not even let me sit in the waiting area until the cab was booked. Extremely unprofessional and unkind. I am glad they did not select me after 4 rounds because if they had, I would've rejected their offer. It was a very bad experience and took a toll on my self esteem for a while. But I got over it because people like them who think that the entire world is desperate for a job in their small, one hall agency does not deserve a hard working candidate.

1) There is only one boss who knows nothing and acts like he knows everything 2) There is no "culture". They will talk about culture but really there is no culture. You can never uderstand why the manager would become so upset or rude or haughty. He'd just throw his weight around and you'd not learn anything from any conversation with him. Just get out insulted and demeaned. 3) Its all too old now but bitter memories are not forgotten. This firm neither talks about design nor tech. Instead they will push their left propaganda in your faces. Its all a big scam. And then they have the audacity to call you up after two years to remove a project when you are basically just paid a under minimum (i dont even think the TnC about wages are legal, get it checked with your lawyer). wage, HR practices are malicious, you can be removed without any prior notice. Not that it effects me now at all. But it is my duty to negate these fake reviews and actually tell people what they can expect here.
