      Pros

      Diversity is valued, inclusive culture and leadership is respected. They value the employees and strive to make it a great place to work. Not only do you get to work on cutting edge technology in a growing market, you get to work with wonderful and incredibly talented people. Pay is decent, ample time off.

      Completing my 4th year and there are no real cons I could think of.

      1. Good Place for learning Insurance products 2. Great place to start your career and best work environment. 3. Company provides ample opportunities to learn and master its insurance software product. 4. It is a huge and versatile product and plenty to learn. If one learns the product and becomes an expert then he/she can use that knowledge for their rest of their career. Highly rewarding.
