Pros

Frankly, the people who made simplicity prior to simplicity, I enjoyed.

Cons

Leadership promotes a toxic, fear-driven culture. “One Simplicity” is a marketing slogan, not a reality. No real collaboration—silos and favoritism run deep. Employee input is ignored unless it fits the agenda. Constant reorgs with no clear direction or value alignment.

Simply Don't

Pros

You get to see everyone at work since working remote isn't aloud although all of the work is literally remote....but they don't believe people work when they can't see them....although playing candy crush as the director is fine

Cons

High turnover: Most employees who aren't part of the main MSP that was acquired leave within two years. Rampant favoritism. Constant disorganization and chaos. No reimbursement for certifications, which is unusual for a company in the 2020s. Directors get stressed over trivial matters. No paid lunch breaks. Lack of career growth opportunities. Empty promises from management. Hard work isn't valued as much as tenure. Overwhelming number of tools that no one knows how to use effectively. Reliance on Ubiquiti, which is better suited for small businesses rather than an "Enterprise" environment. It's a cost-effective but not optimal solution.

Pros

-Good helpdesk experience -Okay health insurance

Cons

-High turnover everyone that isnt part of the main MSP that got purchased leaves after 2 years -Favoritism is crazy -Constant Chaos -No certification reimbursement which is out of the norm for a company in the 2020s - Directors gets stress about the simplest things like OOO requests instead of the bigger issues. -No paid lunch -No vertical trajectory -Empty promises -Doesn't matter how hard you work, matters how long you been there. -Too many tools no one knows how to use them properly -Uses non-Enterprise technologies like Ubiquity, Linux PXE server instead of Intune. -Feels like we are learning as we are going and don't have a direction or clear path which is terrifying.
