      - Get to work on big brands - Some lovely people whoare down to earth and unpretentious - Decent budgets

      Cons

      - Old school brands that appeal to boomers, company blind to faults and overly positive - Some toxic people and no work done to manage them - US owners are Trump supporters so diversity is lacking - Moved to a 4 day in office week
