Everyone else above manager level do not care for their employees. Execs don’t even know most people’s names or what their job entails. New exec team have no clue what they’re doing, they have ruined simplys reputation. Certain people in the sales department lied about numbers to get false bonuses, therefore making it look like we had more work. Poor financial management led to over 30 redundancies. They pulled people out of other departments for a promotion, and then made them redundant in their new role within 3 months! Bonuses impossible to achieve. Dav 1 office looks like a dungeon. Morale is completely down. They shower agents in gifts whilst ignoring employees benefits. I don’t think it’ll be long until there’s simply, no more simply …

Anything above 3 stars over the coming weeks and months are fake or forced reviews! We have evidence of an upper management telling people to post positive reviews on here. We will upload a picture on all online platforms to name and shame if required. However, you are a shameless bunch so it may be less effective. The positive reviews are just about as true as the fake awards that Simply collect or should I say pay to collect. You cannot place silverware on dusty shelves, clean you house down before you pick these up. You are an embarrassment to this sector and your staff. You worship the agents whilst stepping on your worn-out, loyal and hardworking staff. - there is no clear path to opportunity when there is inconsistency and poor managed. - opportunity for growth they say, yet they are closing one office to reopen another. To grown you need to trust your staff and by that I mean stop micromanaging, lying and leaving us in the dark. - the only reward for working hard is redundancy, loss of jobs and livelihood. Two set off redundancy in a year, companies who face liquidation have more transparency than Simply. - salary is only good if you hit your bonus, but very unlikely to achieve this with high files, staff cover and poor support. BUPA is also literally available everywhere now and paid by the companies! - the ‘fresh CEO’ is a bully, we should challenge for a union. It is much required for a legal firm that is incapable of following the law. - Good working people left their secure income to come work here but Simply terminated their offer one working day before commencing. This tells you all you need to know about the management of this company. INHUMANE- THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE - Good lawyers have left, returning clients are leaving and agents are seeing the downfall of Simply too.
