      Pros

      A great opportunity to grow your class management skills for aspiring teachers, training is provided and staff is very supportive and responsive. You're matched to schools based on your availability and your location. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I got to work with great teachers, I got exposure to the education field, and was able to form a bond with students and watch them grow academically.

      Cons

      Limited hours and availability for sessions in the summer. Currently, there aren't any sessions in the summer but I think it would be beneficial for the students to get them prepared for September. That time can be used to continue to grow the skills they have worked on throughout the year.

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Interview process and onboarding were straight forward and expectations are made clear. Staff is responsive to any issues that come up. As a new teacher I was given the opportunity to work in some different schools which was valuable and all my assignments were convenient to where I live.

      Cons

      It is not guaranteed you will have full 35-40 hr weeks.
